Introduction

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and ownership of the BCH Guru Cashtokens (“Tokens”) created by BCH.Guru (“Creator” or “we”). By purchasing or trading in these Tokens, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Creator. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or trade in these Tokens.

Tokens

The Tokens are unique digital assets that represent ownership of a specific artwork created by the Creator. There will be a maximum of 10,000 Tokens created, and no more will be created after this limit is reached.

Ownership

By purchasing a Token, you acquire ownership of the associated artwork but you do not obtain any intellectual property rights or copyrights to BCH Guru brand. The Creator retains all intellectual property rights and copyright ownership to the BCH Guru brand and trademark.

Use of Tokens

Ownership of a Token does not confer any rights to use or exploit the artwork beyond displaying it in your personal collection. You may not reproduce this artwork for commercial enterprise.

No Guarantee of Value

The Tokens are not an investment and are not intended to provide any financial return. The value of the Tokens may fluctuate and may be affected by various factors, including but not limited to market demand, fluctuations in cryptocurrency prices, and changes in the popularity of the associated artwork. The Creator makes no guarantee as to the value of the Tokens.

Purchase and Sale

The Tokens may be purchased or traded on various blockchain marketplaces. The price of the Tokens will be determined by market demand and may fluctuate over time. The Creator has no control over the price of the Tokens on the secondary market and makes no guarantee as to the price at which they may be sold.

No Refunds

All sales of Tokens are final and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to market fluctuations, loss of Tokens due to technical issues, or user error.

Risks

Purchasing or trading in the Tokens involves certain risks, including but not limited to market volatility, loss of Tokens due to technical issues or user error, and regulatory changes. You acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks associated with purchasing or trading in the Tokens and that the Creator will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your purchase or ownership of the Tokens.

Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules regarding the purchase, ownership, and transfer of the Tokens. You acknowledge and agree that the Creator is not responsible for any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or rules by you or any third party.

Modification of Terms

The Creator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Creator's website or other public platform. Your continued purchase or ownership of the Tokens after any modification to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Creator regarding the purchase and ownership of the Tokens and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the Tokens.
